L J Potts, M.A., Fellow of Queen’s College

(1897-1960) His pupils included the novelist T H White who called Potts ‘the great literary influence in my life.’ Potts was author of Comedy (1948); Aristotle on the Ary of Fiction (1953); and a translation of Strindberg’s Tales (1930).
